1. Communication : Communication should be strong and clear, So that everyone can understand and accept easily.
2. Motivation : Always motivate your team, it will become more productive.
3. Creativity : Become more creative, so that your team admire you with new concept and ideas.
4. Positivity ; Spread positivity in the environment to encourage your team members.
5.Feed back : Feedback is must, so that there would always a connection between you and your team.
Currently I am working in a restaurant where sometime we have an opportunity to run a team. As a team leader I do have strong communication, Motivation, Creativity, Positivity and Feedback acceptance skills that always helps me to run a smooth business.
For example last week I was the team leader for the class-project. I made a strong communication with my friends via video-call and keep in touch with them, because it was difficult to meet one to one due to Covid-19. Before that I graph all the plan that what we have to do for the assignment. Our creativity skills helped us to make our presentation more creative. One of my team member was so confused to explain our presentation but we all were motivated her and finally after completing our presentation I asked for feedback and I got a great response.
