Summary:
This assignment was balance on our self - assessment, where we have to give multiple question's answer with our own words and knowledge. In this assignment we come across different questions that are required for the business purpose. For instance, tell me something about yourself? Why you choose this area? What are your 5 marketable skills? I learnt that though questions are straight forward what all questions have some demands regarding required field. All these key points we learnt form this self-assessment assignment give by Prof. Towhid Shams. He share some most important key factors that will help us in our future business journey.
Skills: This assignment was helpful for me to polish my writing skills and I came to know about my positive and negative points.

Knowledge: This assignment gave me idea about the accounting world in Canada, what are the requirements and skills important for the Canadian job.
I believe that my 2 year experience in Accounting field will help me to settled in this working environment.

Behavior Change: Before this assessment i was unclear about my straights and weaknesses, but now i am fully confident about my marketable skills for the accounting job.
Future: In future I will be able to describe and apply my communication skills, data analysis, record keeping and supervising skills.
